Beauty Tips For Body Care Hi all - found you guys while searching desperately for help with my "saddle sores." I've always had trouble with butt acne, especially after like long train rides, car rides, etc. But lately I've started going to spin class frequently, and things have gotten really bad. I'm getting these big, itchy red cysts, with the skin turning dark around them.Here's a picture - warning, it's a close up picture of part of my butt: ImgurWhat can I do about this? I usually have to go to school straight from spin class, but I change into clean clothes immediately, always wear clean cotton underwear to spin class, etc. They're really bothering me and of course I'm embarrassed about how unsightly they are.
