My failed attempt to cure my skin. No results after 6 months. I would like to ask for advices.

Beauty Tips For Body Care First of all I'd like to kindly welcome you, because it's my first post here. I've been browsing this subreddit for quite a while.I'm struggling with acne for a couple of years, actively for 6 months. I'm 18 year old male. My biggest problem is redness on my cheeks. It just doesn't heal itself. I have acne all over my chest, arms, back, cheeks, and while it stays there forever, my forehead is completely different, i have some minor acnes from time to time, but they're not that big, and they completely dissapear. I tried many different things such as diet (no dairy, no gluten, low glycemic index - for 25 days), taking Vitamin A/E/Zinc (1,5 to 4x bigger dose, for 2 months), physical exfoliation with corundum and raspberry seed oil or perilla oil (1 month), applying Sudocrem everynight (1 month), washing face with Bioderma puryfing cleansing foaming gel/Garnier Pure 3 in 1 (couple of months), and many different spot treatmens - Benzacne 10%, Vitamin A, Davercin, Epiduo, Tribiotic, Neo-Tormentil.None of them made noticeable difference for my skin. I have some stubborn points on my skin, even If i put Benzacne/Vitamin A every single day for a week, the acne will appear later anyway. I know that this subreddit revolves around USA, and some products are not available in Europe, where i live, but i can find similiar ones. Since 3th of April i do OCM with baby oil once a day, and for last 2 weeks twice a day. I notice very tiny objects, you call them grits, but i get only 1 to 3, or none in the morning. It's almost 2 months, and i still don't see improvement. Maybe i should try castor oil mixed with olive oil, and use microfiber, because now i use gentle material, but it does not properly get rid off oil i have to use piece of paper, and push it gently to my skin, so it can absorb rest of oil. From my observation i can say, that surface layer of skin is not smooth, you can notice it on picture, where i gained air on the cheek, so it's easier to see.http://imgur.com/a/enlZHI'm not sure about type of my skin, in the morning i can't wash it with splash of water, because it's oily, i need some remover, and same for the evening. When i was using Sudocrem i had itchy skin. Now with OCM i don't feel that anymore.I found here, that it is better to use chemical over physical exfoliation, also you need to focus on gentle cleansing, exfoliation, moisturizing, and the most important - sunscreen. Avoiding sun exposure is heavily promoted here. Finally my question is, what should i do now? The summer is about to start, i'm little bit afraid of those sunscreens. It also takes some time, to find one that doesn't leave white or oily cast, and has no influence on frequency of showing pimples. The sun will hide behind clouds in September/October. Should i wait for fall, to start chemical exfoliation, and just skip sunscreen since it's not that big problem, because it's mostly cloudly in that time, (i'm outside for more than 1 hour a day, with a few breaks, so it's not continuous sun exposure). I understand that skin may be very sensitive, and you are obliged to take care even more. Does sun behind clouds still irritate skin, so i'll have to use sunscreen anyway? Even without AHA/BHA, sun can cause problems, so i'm a little bit lost.I will be very grateful for your hints. You taught me new things, i made some bad choices before, for example PE or lemon with honey, but hey, you learn from one's own mistakes! :D It's all about human's psyche, your comments are very motivating, probably it must be amazing to hear compliment from stranger, about your skin, after you apply to advices written here, and it actually makes your skin better. I hope you will help me to properly prepare for a new battle with my skin! Sorry for any mistakes if they appeared :)
