Beauty Tips For Body Care
http://i.imgur.com/DihqkFw.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/GP4S48k.jpgAlways kinda disheartening when I see posts on here that say their PIH is horrible then it's a really small patch; like if that's horrible what would people say about mine? Ha, oh well.I think it's PIH because it doesn't blanch like PIE.These were taken back in March but my PIH has pretty much been the same. My PIH was never that bad till I came here around November time after a bad breakout and thought I'd do something about it (I think my routine was Stridex -> Cerave -> EltaMD Sunscreen at the time), then it's been awful since. Most of these products I got from the recommendations wiki here.Morning RoutineCleanse, moisturise with Cerave then apply sunscreen; Eltamd UV Clear SPF 46.If I'm going out, I just use Skin79 BB cream to cover it up a bit because people kinda stare; it has arbutin in it too, but I don't use it often enough to really have an effect. I'm a guy and have no idea how makeup works but it's good enough for me.Night RoutineCleanse, Stridex, Mizon Good Night (Niacinamide)Then starting February-ish, every week I do a 40% glycolic peel. (Don't worry, I built up to it with weaker peels for weeks before it. No irritation or anything like that)I used to have a bigger routine, Paula's Choice Vitamin C at night, St Ives AHA twice a day (I moved up to Paula's Choice 10% AHA or something at some point), Stridex twice. Thought I was maybe I was doing too much, so I cut down a month or two ago. Despite the PIH, I don't really get acne anymore, so that's good I guess!Even though I do the peels every week, should I work a daily AHA back into it? If I don't get any irritation, it's fine to start again 24 hours after each peel? And what other treatments should I give a try? Maybe something that isn't just done at home but I have no idea what to look for.
