Can someone please help me get clear skin before I go to University in 1 month?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'll preface by saying that I'm an 18 year old male. For the past four years of high school I have had acne. Sometimes it was worse than others and there were a couple of times that it seemed to go away all together, even if only for a couple of weeks. The main "trouble spots" I seem to have are my two cheeks. They have pimples on them and they have multiple red spots, they look exactly like pimples but they aren't elevated off the skin, they are just red. I don't drink anything besides water and I switch my bed sheets and pillow cases once a day. I don't use any face washes because in my experience they only seem to make things worse for my skin.I am moving away to University in one month and my one true desire is to not have to go another year with acne. Everyone else I went to high school with or grew up with seemed to get rid of it. It's like every teenager grew out of it after they turned 18 except for me. It is rather frustrating because I do live an extremely healthy life compared to other people who are skin problem free.Another thing is that for the past 2 months I decided to grow out a beard, because at my old school they were making me shave every day (private school). I thought the lack of shaving might improve my skin but it really has had no effect as my skin is in the same condition. I do want to shave my beard sometime this month, or week preferably, but I can see that beneath my facial hair is some pretty bad redness. I don't want to A) take away the only thing hiding my acne from the world and B) make it worse by shaving some sensitive skin.So any tips on facial hair, my beard, and shaving in general would be awesomeI have seen from my friends that among those who go vegetarian, their skin becomes much better, can anyone shed some light on those types of diet facts? If anyone could please give me some serious advice in regards to remedies, and note* I'm not from a very wealthy family so I can't exactly spend hundreds of dollars on skin product routines. At the very least if you send me some positive energy, it would be much appreciated.I just want smooth and clear skin, why is that such a problem for my face? I've never had acne anywhere else on my body. Thanks Reddit! You guys are always so helpful with everything
