Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm a guy who has pretty bad seborrheic dermatitis on my face and even worse looking malassezia folliculitis on my upper and lower back.I've recently learned about the skin barrier and in the past week my face has improved greatly (my hair also looks much better) by discarding face wash, shampoo and toothpaste that contains sls and other irritants and switching to more natural, less irritating products (I use http://us.lizearle.com/mens-skincare/face-and-body-wash.html?about on my face). This brings me to zinc pyrithione. I've used it on my face before (Noble Formula) but it always seemed to dry it out further, even though it is meant to be beneficial for dry skin. I've used it on my back before too, but never really noticed a huge difference, although this could be because I've only ever used it a couple of times a week instead of daily or twice daily.Even though I keep on hearing that zinc pyrithione is the best treatment for malassezia folliculitis, could it be that I'm too sensitive to it and should aim to use gentler ingredients on my back to let the skin barrier repair itself?
