I have two big pores on my nose. They fill up daily and its disgustingly visible. What can i do? Can i close then or something?

So yeah, as you read in the title, i have two huge pores on my nose, they are quite visible when clean, freakin visible when full/clogged. They are like 5-10 times bigger than a normal pore and with a wide opening, so its really ugly. They are next to each other. I hate them. Can i close them off somehow? Can i make them disappear? or can i cure this issue somehow?
