Please help me figure out the most complicated routine ever!!!!! (that includes ~ALL THE ACTIVES~)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Okay, I have a ton of questions and lots of confusing skin stuff to figure out…. Background: I'm a 20 yr old female with moderate acne-prone skin, dealing with SOME acne scarring that I'd like to get rid of. I've been on Retin-A 0.05% for years and it has made the single BIGGEST positive difference in my skin. Anyways, my skin has been terrible since summer started and the weathers gotten humid, so i've incorporated Stridex (red) as a BHA as well as a homemade Niacinamide + Vitamin C (MAP) serum (both the MAP vit. C & niacinamide are at a similar pH so they don't cancel each other out). Ive also ordered Silk Naturals 8% AHA toner to help deal with my slight PIH. So far, this is my routine:AM: -rinse face with water, then spray on homemade MAP Vit. C + Niacinamide toner -wait 20 mins, then apply sunscreen -wait 10 mins. for sunscreen to dry, take about 10 mins. applying makeup, etc… then I'm out the door. (I have no more than an hour in the mornings so I need a super simple morning routine!)PM: -oil cleanse with hempseed oil, wash face with Etude House wonder pore cleanser, then apply Etude House wonder pore toner (to adjust pH) -immediately use Stridex (red) BHA pad, then wait 30 mins. to dry -apply Retin-a, then wait 30 mins. to soak in -use Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream, wait to soak in, then use hempseed oil as moisturizer.…… my question is this: how do i use all these actives together for maximum efficacy?? (especially once my AHA toner arrives). Paula's Choice says that BHA/AHA products DON'T cancel out retinoids and in fact can help prep the skin for them, but everything else I've read says to use BHA/AHA in the a.m. and retinoids in the p.m. Should I use Retin-A one night, then either the BHA or AHA on the next night and alternate..? I want to avoid using BHA/AHA in the morning because i frankly don't have the time and don't wanna have to wash my face with a cleanser (because washing more than once a day breaks me out badly), and then use a pH adjusting toner to prep my skin for the AHA/BHA.But at the same time, I'm worried that if (for example) I use Retin-a on monday night, AHA on tuesday night, and BHA on wednesay night, that it will reduce the efficacy of all 3 products. AHA is the least important active for me, so should i just use up the Silk Naturals AHA toner, and alternate Retin-a/BHA on different nights? Also, I've read that Retin-a works best when skin is at a neutral pH, so should i NOT use a pH adjusting toner on nights that I use Retin-A….? Sorry I have so many questions, but this is a super complicated routine and i am lost!!
