Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone. I'm a 22 yr. old male. I have had acne my whole life (mostly on my chin), but recently it's been under pretty good control with my fairly intense regimen of Aczone (morning), Adapalene (night), and BP/Clindamycin gel (night) on my chin and Minocycline (daily).However, my nose has been constantly red for the past year. Every pore seems to be clogged, and some of the pores look inflamed, giving my nose a red appearance. My nose is a bit flaky, which I'm sure doesn't help, and I notice it gets especially bad right after I shower.Any advice? I've been moisturizing my nose to prevent any dryness and applying adapalene to my nose (per my Derm's suggestion), but I don't think that's doing anything. There are no acne bumps or anything -- just very inflamed pores.It kind of looks similar to the pic here, but a slightly redder hue and with blackheads all over. I don't believe it's rosacea though.Edit: Upon looking things up, they may be sebaceous filaments and not blackheads. Still don't know how to make my nose less irritated.
