Beauty Tips For Body Care

For about 6 months I've had this blemish/mark on my face which flares from time to time. I've changed my routine and had three proper exfoliations, but the most recent has left it as it looks nowThey haven't really identified it, saying it's just acne but I'm thinking it was a sebaceous/ingrown hair. Any help identifying and dealing with the maybe scar would be amazing, thanks!!
