These are kinda weird, I think they are scars but they look like discolorations, brownish. What can I do to make them fade? http://i.imgur.com/1gbUedx.jpg Which ingredients should I look for in products? I would like to find something affordable that I can buy here. Most of the ones that are listed somewhere in the sidebar are not available here or are expensive for me to buy. I know to a lot of you maybe $10-20 are not a lot but here my mother makes $200 a month. I hope you can understand that. Thank you!
