[Acne] I know this isn't advised, but by the looks of it, what type of acne do I appear to have?

I can't get to a dermatologist or afford anything right now for various reasons. I know what ever people say on the internet could be wrong, but I have recently started getting acne and I want to know which type if acne this could be. It hurts and I really hate it. I would just like to have some idea as to what you think. Is this just normal acne or a unique type? My T-zone is completely clear, however. It is mostly on my cheeks and jaw line.
