I'm a 14m with moderate acne, and it's really getting to my self esteem. What do I do?

So to start off, I've read the faq. So my problem is I'm in a camp where I don't have access to any acne products or any soap/hygiene products other than hand soap and deodorant. I've been breaking out badly on my face back and chest, is there anything I can do? Also when I get to a place I can use proper hygiene what should I do, because I know at least some of my acne is hormonal.
