Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi! So, I have moderately oily, acne-prone skin, especially after getting off birth control several months ago (to be clear, I'm breaking out in places I've always broken out, just worse). My routine of the last two or so months is pretty simple. Rinse face with water in the morning, and follow up with Daily Protection Moisturizing Face Lotion SPF 30. In the evening I remove my makeup and wash my face with the CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser. I wait for my face to dry and use Stridex in the Red box, and then a night cream about a half hour later. My face has only gotten marginally better with this routine, but I'm still hoping it'll help my acne if I keep at it.Recently I've been curious about the spin brushes to maybe help my acne, and possibly smooth some rough texture around my forehead and cheeks. I realize you have to be careful with physical exfoliation, so I had some questions:Has this kind of exfoliation helped anyone? Is there a better (possibly less expensive) alternative to a Clarisonic brush?Exactly what kind of problems are these brushes intended to help? Or are there any specific uses for the brushes?Would use twice a week be too frequent or not frequent enough?Should I try something else before purchasing a brush?Has anyone heard of Vitagood or Vanity Planet? I've seen those brands around the internet, and wanted to see if anyone had ANY experience with either. Is there anything else I should know concerning these types of products?Thank you in advance!EDIT: Also, what kind of products would I be using with the brush? What do you use, if you use a brush?
