My SO has acne on his back, so have been treating with BHA and AHA, and tonight followed up with a muscle rub product (called 'Deep Heat' - don't know if this exists in other parts of the world) for a sore back. It BURNED. He had to jump in the shower and wash it off after 2 minutes. He has used the same product many times before with no issues, so can only think it was from the actives. Be careful and patch test, even if you've used the product before!
