[Routine Help] Asian "Holy Grail" Products on Amazon Prime -- an entire 10 step routine for about $60-80

Beauty Tips For Body Care
DISCLAIMER: This is just a list of products I have personally found to be very effective and at the same time, a great deal. I’ve been able to replace many of my high-end skin care (Dior, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Mario Badescu, Glam Mud, Kate Somerville, Kiehl’s, etc.) with these products. This is by no means a complete list because there are simply too many popular Asian skin care products and you can read more comprehensively here, a thread already made by the /r/AsianBeauty community. These are products that I find not only are cheap but also comes within two days (thanks Prime!)I didn’t include sheet masks since every other post on Asian Beauty talks about it. Also, they pretty much are all amazing at awesome prices on Prime. This is only a list for products on Prime! You’ll see some of the same brands over and over again because I truly do think those are the best in terms of price and quality. The Korean skin care routine is very long (10 steps) but it makes a difference as long as you’re patient and consistent. If you follow my list, you would only be spending between $60-80 for the whole routine. When I first started out, I spent hundreds and hundreds because I didn’t know of Etude House and Mizon, etc, the cheaper brands that have just as high quality products.Once again, if you have any suggestions on products that you know are amazing then please share with us!OVERVIEW OF ASIAN SKIN CAREI’ve categorized this list in terms of skin care order. Koreans typically have two cleansers: one to remove makeup, one to remove the impurities underneath. Then there are a million and one products we slather on our face before moisturizer. Read the link above to fully understand the process. I personally swear by this routine and following it closely has completely transformed my skin. If you have any questions, I would love to help you out! Beautiful skin is the sturdiest foundation for beautiful makeup!1. Oil cleanserDHC Deep Cleansing Oil $25 – Works as well as the Shu Uemura oil cleansers but not nearly as expensive.Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Light Oil $8 – not as deep cleansing as DHC so this is perfect if you don’t wear too much makeup PLUS it’s way cheaper!Kose Sotymo Deep Cleansing Oil $10 – never tried this myself but others say it’s comparable to the above two2. Foaming cleanserMissha Super Aqua Refreshing Cleansing Foam $10 – most amazing cleansing foam ever. One bottle lasted me almost a whole year of twice daily use. A small pea drop goes a long way.Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam $9 – their whole Jeju Volcanic line is amazing and this is pretty good at deep cleansing as well.Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam $8 – so cheap it’s hard to resist also it doesn’t leave my face super dry. Rice is so good for your skin.3.TonerEtude House Wonder Pore Freshner $10 – cult classic and gentle on your skin. The 500 ml size seems to be the only one on prime.Etude House AC Clinic Daily Toner $14 – dried out my skin but its also becoming less oily so this would be good for the super super oily gals. Skinfood Peach Sake Toner $11 – smells so amazing! Leaves your skin softer than the others, in my opinion.4. EssenceMissha Time Revolution $29 – a fraction of the SK-II essence price but works just as well. Spend time really massaging it in gently to also increase blood circulation.Rohto Hadalabo Hyaluronic Lotion Moist $13 – currently using this one because of its cult status and low price. This is definitely becoming a staple in my routine as I have seen the most change in my skin texture with this.5. SerumSkin Food Peach Sake Pore Serum $11 – My favorite of the bunch because of the price and how soft it leaves my skin. The whole peach sake line from skin food is amazing. Not the most moisturizing though.Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum $22 – good for those with redness because green tea is ultra soothing. This whole green tea line is great, haven’t tried this product myself though. On my list to try though because I’ve heard so many great things.Missha Time Revolution Immortal Youth Serum $40 – I felt like this one helped with my sun spots but since I don’t really have wrinkles yet, I can’t attest to the “immortal” part.6. EmulsionFace Shop SMIM Radiating Moisturizing Emulsion $30 – LOVE THIS SO MUCH. Smells amazing and leaves my skin radiant. This marks the turning point in my routine where the products start getting heavy and it provides a nice barrier between those that absorb easily and those that sit on the skin a little bit.Skinfood peach sake emulsion $11 – skin food is amazing because it’s usually the cheapest option and though this isn’t as thick as the Face Shop SMIM, it’s moisturizing and smells amazing.Amore Pacific Laneige Balancing Emulsion $32 – very plumping, the texture is nice and fragrance isn’t too much. I’m super cheap so I probably won’t get this again because the skinfood works just as well but it was a nice indulgence Skinfood Premium Avocado Rich Emulsion $16 – never tried this myself but I think avocado is amazing for your skin and want to believe this is very rich and moisturizing. Also, skin food never disappoints….7. Ampoule very similar to emulsion but mostly used at night as an extra layer for you skin at nightMizon Snail Intensive Repair Ampoule $15 – hands down the best but the toughest part is finding the genuine product. I’m pretty sure this one is not a fakie. Snail drippings is amazingly good for your skin barrier—who knew?Mizon Placenta Ampoule Cream $10 – haven’t tried this myself but I’ve heard wonderful things. Definitely on my shopping list!Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule Serum $27 – This has gone down in price since the last time I checked. Love the consistency as it’s very thick but a little goes a long way!8. Moisturizer/creamMizon Water Max Aqua Gel Cream $13 – definitely for us oily ladies as it has a little bit of alcohol. Barely noticeable though and it leaves your skin feeling refreshed, not weighed down by all the products that are on your face by now.Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream $10 – amazing price, and this goes a very long way. Etude House Face Conditioning Cream Light $13 – contains SPF and also works as a primer so it’s perfect for daytime.9. Eye creamDHC Concentrated eye cream .7oz $33 – very rich, not too sticky, love this.Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream 25ml $14 – the entire snail line is a hit, this one is no exception. Also, it’s half the price of the DHC!Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen Eye Concentrate $16 – actually gets rid of dark circles and the sunken-look.10. Sleeping pack night only Innisfree Green Tea Pure Sleeping Pack $17 – on nights when I forget to use this, my skin isn’t as plump and glowy in the morning. Also love the little beads that gently exfoliate.Daiso Hyaluronic Acid Sleeping Gel Mask $8 – haven’t used this myself but heard great things, also the price!Laneige Water Sleeping Mask $30 – heard it’s truly amazing and leaves skin very bright but as a cheapo, I haven’t tried it yet since I can get good results as a better price. Laneige is typically a little more than say Etude House or Innisfree.
