[Skin Concerns] Got a facial about an hour ago and my skin is already breaking out like crazy, what's the best plan of action?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey guys, so about an hour ago I got a facial for the first time. My mom offered to take me for one because she loves them. There's a woman who does them at a spa who my mother has been to before and loves, so we went there. It's not a cheapo place, I believe it was about $100 for a 55 minute standard facial.I can't remember everything the woman did to my face but I'll try to list it. She had some steam machine going, she put about 6 different products on it throughout the facial including a mask she left on for about 15 minutes, and she ended with an SPF moisturizer. I believe the problem is coming from the extraction though. I don't know anything about facials and I know little about skin care in general, so unfortunately I didn't tell her not to do extraction. I'm not sure if she used some type of tool or just her hands, but it hurt like hell and lasted at least 20 minutes. It felt like she was just squeezing the hell out of my skin.http://i.imgur.com/ztaSAP0.jpgThis is a picture of my face I took 10 minutes ago, sorry for potato quality but wanted to upload something quick. I need to know the best plan of action or any recommendations. Is this somewhat normal for after a facial? Should it clear up soon? Should I shower, wash my face, or keep it out of the water and sun or what? I normally use Cetaphil gentle skin daily cleanser 2x a day and an Olay moisturizer once a day. I do not wear any make up. My skin is normally pretty average, on the drier side and I get small break outs on my chin every once in a while but nothing major.Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to avoid a terrible break out all across my face if at all possible. Never going for extraction again.
