[Acne] Has anyone ever had their BHA randomly pop their acne?

I used Paula's Choice BHA 2% Liquid and I swear this is the 3rd time I have experienced it popping my acne for me. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them as well when some product they put on decides to pop the acne for them without doing anything physically to it.
