[Hair Removal] Please help me fix my neck-related shaving woes. I've tried all sorts of lotions and creams. I have to wear a dress shirt/tie every day and it only makes it worse than it is on its own. Mostly severe irritation and lots of ingrown hairs. Photo attached; suggestions please, and thanks!
