[Product Question] Will blotting paper remove SPF properties?

In my morning routine, I apply SPF 30 day cream and since I have oily skin I like to use blotting papers to remove oil - I was just wondering, will using blotting papers after applying the SPF remove or weaken the SPF? Thanks!
