Sebamed clear face care gel users: Do you layer anything underneath to help with moisturizing? I'm finding it a bit drying.. [product question]

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I am one of the lucky ones who can't tolerate dimethicone or fatty alcohols on my face. Closed comedones galore, I've been fighting them for over a year now and finally took the plunge and got the Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel. No new breakouts to report! And my comedones are slowly going away.My concern is that this is really, really not moisturizing at all, despite the hyaluronic acid and all that. For the past week I've been layering a thin thin application of jojoba oil, letting that sink in for a few minutes, and then applying the Sebamed but that results in my makeup slipping around a bit, especially around my eyes, though my skin is much happier with the oil+clear face gel as opposed to the clear face gel alone.Any recommendations for a moisturizing serum or something like that to combine with the sebamed? I know that sebamed alone is not going to cut it once the harsh winter sets in, and I commute by foot which means my face is exposed to the freezing, windy air more than most so I need all the moisture I can get. Some basic info about me/my skin:Oily/Combo/Acne prone (specifically clog-prone, not so much cystic)can't have fatty alcohols or siliconesCurrent routine is washing with Trader Joe's tea tree face wash, moisturize with sebamed. At night I use either of Paula's Choice 8%AHA Gel or 2%BHA Liquid, and moisturize with hemp seed oil (which I also use for OCM from time to time).I'm in northern NJ and also NYC so I have access to a lot, though I'd prefer something on the more affordable side.
