[Skin Concerns] Red and irritated skin around nose - Any advice?

Hope this is the right tag. Sorry if it's not, this is my first time posting here. Also sorry for possible grammar/spelling mistakes, English is not my first language. Well, here we go:I'm 28 and still get acne breakouts from time to time. When I do, it's almost exclusively in the area around the nose. The pimples and bumps usually disappear within 2-3 weeks, however, the redness seems to stay forever. Here's a picture I took yesterday:http://imgur.com/ud8n58ZJust had a breakout at the side of my nose two weeks ago, so the redness is kinda expected, but the skin a bit further down (where the circles are) has been red like that for months, although I didn't really have any bad breakouts in that area.Has anyone an idea what I could do about the redness? My routine (combination skin) currently consinst of:AM: * Avène Clean-AC Cleansing Cream * Avène Clean-AC Hydrating Cream (cheeks) * Avène Cleanance MAT Mattifying Toner (T-zone) * SunscreenPM: * Avène Clean-AC Cleansing Cream * Benzoylperoxide (BPO) 3% (there's no 2.5% version in my country) * Hydrating creme when my skin feels like itI don't think the BPO is the issue here. For the first few weeks my skin was a bit flaky and felt tense right after applying it, but after using it for about 5 months now, I feel like my skin has completly adjusted to it. I also use it on most of my face, so if the BPO was the cause of the redness, I should look like a tomato.Any help is appreciated.
