My mind was kinda blown. It used to be really expensive and you obviously had pay a prescription fee. Now you pay 0. And it only costs ~40 bucks for the biggest pack there is, so derms are much more likely to prescribe it! Kinda crazy I remember having to pay >300 bucks for it 15 years ago! Obviously this also has to do with lobby work and politics, but well my derm says its free cause it works so well so maybe there is something to it :p
