[product question] I have oily skin and it seems like any moisturizer I use exaggerates this. Any recommendations?

The only moisturizer I've ever used that didn't leave me looking shiny was the proactiv green tea moisturizer but that's $40 a bottle.It doesn't matter if its oil control lotion or not I always look shiny with it and end up blotting most of it off with a rice paper.Because of this I usually stick to patting stuff on my cheeks which feel the most dry but my brow area and nose always end up looking the most dry and in need of moisture.
