[Product Question] Moisturizer suggestions for acne prone, EXTREMELY dry and extremely dehydrated skin?

The only thing right now that keeps my skin somewhat moisturized is slathering a shit ton of Cetaphil moisturizer in a tub and slathering a shit ton of vaseline on top of that -- not so great for when I want to see actual people. Most moisturizers also break me out.Any suggestions?
