[Routine Help] Are there any cheap, non-oily moisturisers that work well with combination skin?

I've already posted this in SCA UK, but I figured that there may be some products available to import from elsewhere.I'm currently using Pond's Triple Action Moisturiser, but I've recently noticed my skin looking oilier after applying it in a morning (and no, it's not just the fluorescent lighting that seems to be a staple in my life).I've used this product for a while, and whilst I had noticed some shininess under fluorescent lighting, I figured that it wasn't caused by my moisturiser as my skin didn't feel oily. Well, now my face feels oily and it looks shinier (and not just on my forehead) than it used to.I need to switch to a less oily (and preferably easier-to-spread) moisturiser before people start using the reflection on my forehead to check their makeup.
