[Routine Help] Oily/greasy hair/face problems after quitting birth control (x-post from r/TheGirlSurvivalGuide)

First posted in TheGirlSurvivalGuide and was told you lovely people would be able to help me out.Problems started after I quit taking birth control a few months ago (late Aug). I knew there would be some hormonal adjustments, but this is getting tiring. My husband and I got married over the summer and we decided it's about baby time, so no more hormones. First week or two was ok, or at least expected. Text book readjustment of hormones. After a month, the oil and acne is the only thing remaining. I'm hoping it's as simple as adjusting my cleaning routine and products. Which I'm here to ask for guidance. So here goes!Specs of Me30, healthy, small, Caucasian.Quit BC (Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, Loestrin24, Trinessa) after 10-11 years.Long, stick straight hair. About an inch below the bra strap.Paraben sensitive - nothing like a mild itchiness that accompanies every commercial product ever.New ProblemsOily scalp and faceT-zone and arm acne, mostly whiteheadsPrevious routineWash hair 2-3x per week with OGX Sea Mineral Shampoo (roots only) and Biotin & Collagen Conditioner (mid to ends only)Full body exfoliate with Korean exfoliating mitt once per weekOlay Moisturizing Body Wash With Vitamin ESt Ives Green Tea scrub for occasional breakoutsLotions: Overall - Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, Aveeno Overnight Cream/Intense Moisture and/or Curel Daily Moisture depending on when I showered. Eye area - L'Oreal Skin Expertise Revitalift Complete Eye CreamRoutine ChangesSwitched to washing 2-4x per week with 365 (Whole Foods) Citrus Grapefruit Shampoo and Conditioner and Palmer's Olive Oil Formula Strengthening Leave In Conditioner - still having issues getting oil under controlFace care and exfoliation still the same. Haven't figured out how/what to change.Sorry for the wall of text, but I've scoured every search engine with every variation of search I can think of and can't come up with a solution that doesn't include putting food or parabens on my head.tl;dr Quit birth control at 30 and turned into and oily teenager.
