[Acne] I'm a bit confused regarding sweat, is it possible that there is a direct correlation between acne and sweating ?

Basically the weather here in Australia is really started to warm up (29 plus days), what I have noticed is that acne is starting to form around my nose, mouth and my forehead again . Ive started cleaning the inside of my bike helmet each day and that seems to be helping with my forehead to an extent, however, i cant work out why the acne is forming around my nose and mouth, the only explanation i could think of is that maybe its just sweat building up there in the day and not getting washed off? what are you thoughts? I work outside all day, my face has been fine for the past year until this continuous heat came along.
