Beauty Tips For Body Care
Back in June/July my skin was nearly perfect. I decided to get some vitamin d3 because I read somewhere how amazing it is supposed to be, not just for skin but everything else. I purchased the now foods brand vitamin d3 in mid July. By the beginning of August, I started getting terrible breakouts again. I didn't make the connection to d3. Nothing else in my lifestyle or diet changed.It wasn't until recently actually that I made the d3 connection. I've been having consistent breakouts every since the beginning of August. I stopped taking d3 a little over a week ago and my breakouts are already fading.Have any of you had a similar experience? Trying to figure out why it would do this since it's supposed to be very good for you. I wasn't taking any other supplements or diet changes during this time.
