[Personal] Spironolactone made me sick, back to square one with a new routine

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello. I was really excited to try Spironolactone, but, simply put, my body HATES this stuff. I can deal with the boob aches and the constant peeing, but the GI tract issues were too much to deal with. Even then, my skin felt like it was drying out from the inside, and there was never enough lotion to make it feel any better. I cut the dos down, and it didn't seem to help. So, new strategy, and I'm still toying with it, so here it goes:Morning:Abolene Cleanser 2.Yves Rocher Wrinkles & Radiance Day Fluid (a combination skin refiner with "ice plant" extract - probably more of a fruit acid type thingVit C/Hydrolaunic Acid SerumYves Rocher Creme Riche (because it's winter and it's super hydrating)Nivea Cream in the blue jarYves Rocher BB CreamNight: 1. Abolene Cleanser 2. Clearasil Daily Pore Cleansing Pads (Salicylic Acid 2% supposed to be non drying) 3. Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Face, Chest & Back Treatment Lotion (Salicylic Acid 2%, and I can put it on my chest and back which are also problem areas) 4. Vit C/Hydrolaunic Acid Serum 5. Yves Rocher Creme Riche 6. Nivea (in the blue jar)
