[Product Question] Can Cerave be the cause of the sudden thread veins on my face?

I've been using Cerave cleanser, AM moisturizer, and the PM moisturizer for about a month now. I've noticed four faint but noticeable thread veins beginning to show under my eyes that weren't there two months ago. Could Cerave be causing these veins to appear?
