[Research] TIL there is a potential permanent cure for sebaceous filaments but it just hasn't become a thing yet.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So, like most people here, I hate these damn oil producing plugs on my nose. But I just found out, there is a lotion, that you can apply to your skin, that will penetrate into your sebaceous gland and dye the inside of it. You wipe the surface clean, and then go over it with an average hair-removal laser, and it selectively burns those sebaceous glands and disables sebum production. It actually works exactly like it does with laser hair removal, except instead of being mildly attracted to melanin in hair, it will be super-attracted to the dye in the sebaceous gland. So less pain too and has potential to work on darker skin! This also works for increasing the effectiveness of permanent hair removal too! Works for acne too. but for sebaceous filaments on the nose? There is unlikely to be any other pore more suitable for such a treatment.Like.... Why can't this be a thing already? Seems to be incredibly safe and incredibly accessible technology. A doctor could literally test it on 1 spot to see how your skin reacts as you can design those lasers to focus down to pore size. Some info is here: It uses the Indocyanine green dye.http://www.optics.edu.ru/_media/optics/staff/bashkatov/genina_spie-osa_05_5863_58630l.pdf was where I first read about it.How frustrating that it isn't available as a thing anywhere. I wonder how long until something like this could be offered as a service by dermatologists?Has anyone heard about this before? I feel like this should be more well known or something. I mean, it's basically permanent hair removal, but instead its permanent sebaceous gland removal.
