[Skin Concerns] Does anyone have direct experience with combating pitted scars, whether through laser or other methods?

Like this. Not me, but I have similar pitted scarring. It sucks! My skin everywhere else is good. Does anyone have direct experience with successfully combating pitted scarring? If I have to pay a bunch of money on this with lasers, so be it -- but I'm scared even that won't help.
