For weeks I've been trying to discern what was making the area around my mouth lighter than the rest of my face. Then as i was preparing for bed, it hit me: the toothpaste!I normally don't use whitening toothpastes but my sister left some behind last time she visited. I've been using it for at a couple months. The toothpaste, or the combination of it and my BHA, has been bleaching the skin around my mouth.Moral of the story: Choose your toothpaste carefully.
