[skin concerns] I had a microdermabrasion facial on Monday, now my skin is dry and gross

So as the title said I had a microdermabrasion facial on Monday and now my skin is pretty gross. I can see all my pores, I have tiny tiny new spots, my skin is greasy but also dry in my t zone and if I scratch it skin comes off.Anybody know what's going on? Anybody know what might fix it?
