Beauty Tips For Body Care
http://imgur.com/a/2EPaoIm a 20 year old male and struggle with acne on my neck (I get some around my mouth as well but everywhere else is generally spot free) I went on accurate when I was younger and it helped a lot but I have still struggled with acne since. My current routine is this.Morning Cleanser- Cerave foaming facial cleanser for normal to oily skin Moisturizer- Cerave moisturizing cream Sunscreen- Neutrogena beach defense (the yellow bottle)Evening Cleanser- Cerave Exfoliator- red stridex Moisturizer- CeraveI also use an Aztec clay mask about once or twice a week. Is there anything I should add to my routine or anything I should be doing different to try and eliminate this acne? Also, any idea the cause of this acne? I wash my sheets once a week and change pillow cases every other night.
