[Acne] What type of spots/acne is this? irritation? From smoking(I don't anymore)

Never had any spots before..But now all over my forehead and my left and right temple. I have no SCA at the moment (testing cleansers) as I can't find any that break me out.What type of spots are those? Just normal acne?I developed them after I started to smoke joints, my forehead started to become 'tight' after I smoked(It would hurt my forehead if I and the next morning/same day I would get those.
