[Product Question] If my face feels moiturized and not dry and tight, is it moisturized or can some produts trick you into feeling it even though are not moized ''underneath'' or something?

I use the Effaclar Duo+ and it leaves skin with a nice moisturized feeling and get the tightnes and dry feeling from other products away, even though it isnt listed as a 'moisturizer'
