[Skin Concern] Bit/cut open bottom lip. It's minor but keeps bleeding when I eat. What to put on it to help heal?

On my bottom lip I bit it open a little. When I eat, it sort of 'rips' back open and the scab that developed the previous 24 hours is gone. Anything you recommend I put on it?
