[Skin Concerns] Diagnosed with Chronic Urticaria years ago, but haven't flared up since - does this look like it is a Chronic Urticaria rash or something else?

I've been getting this strange "rash" (more like red/purple splotches) on my arms, hands and knees for the past few days now. In around 2011 I was diagnosed with Chronic Urticaria, but that hasn't affected me since - is this the urticaria coming back or is this a new condition? The splotches appear randomly and diffuse/fade around, then seem to dissapear during the mid-day. By the night, my lower arm is covered and my hands have quite big patches..I've upped the contrast on these pictures (they turned out too bright, you couldn't see the rash):http://i.imgur.com/qRAEyUz.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/qM4JfKl.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/p08PIzZ.jpgPlease help, I'm honestly shitting it because these look in line with the type of rashes you see with Leukemia, and I've been fitting quite a lot of the symptoms for the condition recently :(
