[Skin Concerns] I have hypopigmentation from wearing adhesive bandages for multiple days. Has anyone had this issue before? The location that the adhesive was located is more white than the rest of my body.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I ended up wearing a tegaderm bandage on my arm for a few days covering a patch to help with pain for my auto immune disease. Is it common or even known that adhesive can remove your skin color fairly quickly? I have tan skin, the spot of the bandage where there was adheisve is much more white now than the rest of my arm. I have read that hypopigmentation is reversed after getting sun back onto the spot of the pigment loss.My question is: Anyone else had a bandage make their skin much more white than the rest of their body? I am hoping it goes away if I were to get some sun after this winter.I am a normal white 26 year old guy, just a tan person through genetics. I haven't ever fake tanned or anything of that nature.
