[Skin Concerns] I've been taking Nicazel Forte for about a week now and I'm still breaking out. Is this normal?

Hi,I've been taking it for about a week now and I've got a couple of breakouts today. Wondering if this is normal. I'm feeling the effects otherwise, like I feel dryer (not nearly as bad as accutane) and I feel hot and red -- not sure how much that is the Nicazel. I plan on taking it for a month, so just wondering if no results after one week is normal.Ta
