[Acne] Is this a cyst acne, even tho a white head will show up in a few days?

Here is the picture: ImgurAll my acne went away 1 year ago, but I have been dealing with white head/cyst acne for the last 6 months! At first it shows up as a normal red pimple, but after a few days it starts to form a white head at the top of the pimple.This is the only type of acne I get anymore and would love to know how to stop them from coming back!Routine:Wash face with Cerave facial cleanser every night before I go to sleep.I change my pillow case every few days.I take a shower right when I wake up.I stopped putting lotion on my face to see if that was the cause (it didn't help).Thanks guys!
