[Acne] Male 28 acne battle (more like war) advice needed

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have been battling acne basically since I was a teenager and although it’s not as bad as it once was it has persisted well into my late 20’s and is something that is constantly on my mind. I have been all over the internet and tried a bunch of random different things during that time but can’t seem to mitigate it and lately I feel it’s gotten worse. I have looked through other top posts on treatment reviews / cystic acne etc but I just don’t feel I know enough about what would help in my situation. I see a lot of positive stories on this sub and am hoping maybe if I share my journey anyone who has been in a similar place might be able to help me out.Current Routine:AM Shower - Dermalogica – Clearing Skin Wash Post Shower – Pro Derm – Hydrogel (My skin is very dry and ever since my second try on Accutane (years ago) I have continued to use this)PM Wash Face - Dermalogica – Clearing Skin Wash Go after any current pimples with Calamine Lotion I recently started doing Muka Honey Masks again (recently as in today when I noticed another cyst coming) and plan on doing it a couple times a week.History -As mentioned above I have done two runs on Accutane which helped for a while but the acne always came back and now my skin gets very very dry. Also did a bunch of other random antibiotics back in the day before they put me on Accutane the first time. -In my late teens and early 20’s my parents spent a fortune on Blu-U treatments for me which maybe moderately helped? A few years ago I tried using a Tanda Zap and seemed to have some results with it. - I live in a fairly humid climate now (Australia) but up until about a year ago I lived in a very dry climate (the idea that being in a more humid environment might actually help my skin weighed in my decision) - I get some exercise, not a gym rat by any means but try and get out for runs, bikes rides or squash a few times a week. - Diet – my diet I know has not been the best in the past but I have improved it the last month or so very little sugar / decent fruit and vegetables. I do have Greek yogurt and flat white coffees (Latte) every morning and have seen a lot of posts about removing dairy as a way to stop it.What I am looking -I have been considering going back to a Dermatologist, but am pretty hesitant just based on poor experiences / money grabs in the past. - Evaluation of my current routine and if there is anything obvious I am doing wrong. - Potential first steps I should take or new items I should add to my routine / test. Or even lifestyle things I should be changing. - Potential ways to go after the damaged skin I have from old acne (scars / redness sometimes even blackness)
