[Acne] People who have gotten their skin cleared up/almost clear; how do you prevent period/PMS breakouts?

Thanks to tretinoin my skin is the clearest it's ever been and I haven't gotten a new pimple in weeks, however I'm going to start my period soon and I just woke up with 3 new ones and I know it will take me a while to fully recover from them. Regardless of treatments, will these pms breakouts never stop coming?
