[Anti-Aging] Considering going to my lovely doctor for a script for tretinoin/Retin A. Any advice?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I'm staring down the barrel of turning 30 (how did that happen?! I swear I was 25 yesterday). I have a great routine with all the anti-aging regulars: a gentle cleanser, retinol serum in the PM, BHA in the AM, AHA in the PM, antioxidant serum, vit c serum, and sunscreen every damn day without fail. After lurking obsessively on this sub for the last 6 months and my 30th birthday looming, I am seriously considering using tretinoin. My regular doctor is a super lovely guy, and I am going to ask him for a script for 0.05% tretinoin, as I don't think I need 0.1%. My skin is pretty darn tough (I have never had an allergic or sensitivity reaction) and can probably skip over 0.025%.Tips? Tricks? Things you wished you knew before you started? Your experience in general? Any and all advice is most appreciated.EDIT: Can you use 0.05% Retin A under your eyes safely? Has anyone tried this?
