[Routine Help] Is using a moisturizer necessary if I use a toner with oil?

For the past year, I have been just using a toner instead of a moisturizer to "moisturize" after cleansing. mostly because most moisturizers I have used left a sticky feeling to my skin. this toner leaves my skin feeling "natural" immediately.It's age perfect by L'Oreal and it contains castor oil. My skin never feels dry after using it but I read here about how important a moisturizer is.I am trying to even out my skin tone. Should I start using a moisturizer?
