Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm a 23 year old female. Growing up my skin was relatively okay. I've always suffered from nodular/cystic acne, but basically my skin would be perfect except for one at a time cysts. I never wore make up in high school. My 'routine' was simply washing my face once or twice a day with generic face soap.As the title says, 2 years ago I moved across the country to the driest city and now my skin is a nightmare. It's ridiculously dry and leathery, but also constantly covered in breakouts. Because it's so dry the acne kind of just gets super scabby and red. I also suddenly get terrible hormonal acne all along my jaw (I sadly cannot take hormonal birth control due to medical reasons).I currently use the Body Shop tea tree oil line of stuff along with the "DROPS OF YOUTH™ BOUNCY SLEEPING MASK" every night since I've found gels seem to take longer to be absorbed by my skin. I've tried a closet full of moisturizers and they all either break me out or do nothing at all. Will I be stuck struggling to fight my skin as long as I live here? Every time I go home to visit for a few weeks my skin clears up briefly. People say if you wash your hair too much, it starts to overproduce oils to make up for the ones you remove. Will my face ever do the same thing to make up for this environment?
