[Acne] I cannot seem to get a break with pimples on my nose, one will go away only to have another pimple show up, please help.

Besides sebaceous filaments on my nose and cheeks I seem to get these pimple on my nose that take a long time to go away (sometimes months) and they seem to leave scarring on my nose (hole). What seems to be the problem? Too much oil on my skin? I also get acne around the bottom corners of my mouth that seem to not want to go away either, what do you recommend i do? All input is well appreciated.
