[DIY] Mixing tea tree oil, how much can you use?

Hi,Ordered some oils of Garden of Wisdom and was gonna try mixing some Sunflower, Argan and tea tree,I was thinking something like 70% sunflower, 29% argan and max 1% tea tree oil.Does anyone know a good way to get the proportions right? Because I know tea tree oil is quite strong so you only want a little bit. So does anyone know like how many ml in a drop of oil in the oils I wrote? So that I can take like a empty 30 ml bottle and fill with sunflower/argan and then add as many drops which would be 0,3 ml ?Thanks!
