[Skin Concerns] After taking a shower my face is always dry, even using only warm water.

It seems like everytime i take a shower now, after i get out and look in the mirror the skin on my forehead and cheeks are dry. I'm wondering what i should use in or out of the shower so it's not always so dry. I've been using mild face lotion to take care of the dryness but it's only temporary, and sometimes i feel the lotion actually makes my skin more clogged and acne prone, what should i do?
